Groundhog is a dirty liar

Frank L. Parker (whoever he is) couldn't have said it better (I'm actually quoting him directly in the title here)...in yesterday's Metro Mr. Parker riled against the groundhog...wasn't Spring supposed to come early? Where the h-e-double hockey sticks is it already! I am in total agreement. Get out your slow cookers, it's time for some groundhog stew.
