They are SO cute! I learned something in the process...limes don't want to be hollow, and watermelons are meant to be big. The recipe says to scoop out the lime. This was so hard. Maybe my problem was that I didn't have a grapefruit spoon or something but ouch, stinging eyes, burning skin....not easy...beauty is pain. I was able to finish the shells though. I'll post a photo of the final product once they're done. We'll see if they look as good as these.
