I purchased copies of books that I loved as a child. These illustrations (top) are by Susan Jeffers from The Wild Swans, retold by Amy Ehrlich. The bottom image is from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs illustrated by Nancy Ekholm Burkert, from the translated version by Randall Jarrell. I'm trying to get my hands on The Snow Queen illustrated by Susan Jeffers and published in 1982. If anyone knows of one, let me know.
